it would take the PS3 9.7 years to catch up. assuming nothing changes from this report. (7mill units / 60,000per month / 12 months = 9.7 years)
the xbox will at one point in about 3 years maybe, bust out the 720 and claim themselves the winner of this generation. rationalizing that once they moved to the new generation, this generation is over.
